I can’t believe I visited Barcelona THREE TIMES before I bit the bullet and paid the €26 entry to go inside La Sagrada Familia 🤡

It’s Barcelona’s most iconic landmark but I just assumed it was a tourist trip and not worth the price.

But WOWWW was I wrong. It was honestly, truly, one of the most stunning things I have ever seen in my entire life. I genuinely could’ve spent hours admiring it. That stained glass?!?! A MASTERPIECE 😱😱😱

You should absolutely visit La Sagrada Familia while in Barcelona! You book tickets for a specific time slot online and can choose from:
- €26 self guided
- €30 guided tour
- €36 with towers
- €40 guided tour + towers

I cannot stress enough how WORTH IT it is!!!

Part 2 features cocktail bars, dive bars, bars with great outdoor seating areas (for the 2 days a year it’s sunny 😉), bars with frequent live music, andddd some bars that are a little bit outside of Dublin city centre but sooooo worth the trek!

As a Dublin local, my advice is...

If you’re visiting Dublin for St. Patrick’s Day (or anytime), do not go out only in Temple Bar!! You’ll miss sooooo much of what the city has to offer in terms of bars and pub culture!!

Don’t get me wrong, Temple Bar area is always buzzing and always has great live music, but it is also super touristy and SO overpriced. If you don’t venture out, you won’t really be getting the true Dublin experience!

Dublin has so many cool bars and pubs, no matter what vibe you’re looking for! Some of them are just walking distance from Temple Bar, and some of them are a little further out but definitely worth the journey. Here you’ll find actual locals and get a more authentic feel of the vibe of the city.

The train takes only 40-45 and costs like €5 each way so like…it’s a no brainer!
